Welcome to the IAS Awards Website

A big thank-you to everyone who attended and contributed to this years IAS Awards and many congratulations to all the winners. The event was considered a huge success and we have been delighted with the positive feedback. The Awards luncheon was held for the fourth time at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square with 555 guests attending. This year the IAS is proud to be supporting The Farraway Children’s Charity and the Henry Angell-James Memorial Trust who will receive a donation from the proceeds generated by the event.

Many thanks to all the sponsors for their generosity who, without them the event could not be staged. The Awards is an extremely important event in the IAS calendar and are held to showcase the best of our sector, by providing examples of not only profitable deal making but also to show where solutions can be found in often challenging circumstances.

The Awards opened with a welcome speech from IAS Chairman, Ben Wiley, who handed over to comedian and writer Simon Evans, who hosted the Awards ceremony and kept the audience entertained throughout proceedings. The winners can be seen by scrolling down or by clicking on the Winners 2018 tab above. Thanks must also go to our 2018 judges, Phil Sutton of Kier Property, Ekaterina Avdonina of Delin Capital Asset Management, Maurice Dalton of Prologis, Colin Beasley of Graftongate and Tim Crighton of Kingfisher Plc for giving their time and expertise.

Preparations for the IAS Awards 2019 are already underway. It was great to see so many people and we look forward to seeing you all again next year. The IAS Awards 2019 Luncheon will take place on Thursday 26th September 2019.
