Colin is a Director and owner of Graftongate. He has been a Chartered Surveyor for over 35 years and he has over 25 years of development experience in the industrial and distribution sector.
In 2001,he formed Graftongate. Previously he had been a Director of industrial development specialists, Kingspark and Prologis.
Since 2004 when he teamed up with Phil Silk and the late Henry Angell James, Graftongate have developed over 7 million square feet of new space.
Graftongate have completed over 2 million sq.ft of pre-let and speculative units in 2017/18. The current development programme extends to over 360 acres with 1 million sq.ft of Mid Box units consented and under construction.
Danielle is an Investment Director at Barwood Capital and is responsible for both the sourcing and active asset management of property investments and developments for the Barwood Regional Property Funds. A chartered surveyor with over 20 years’ experience Danielle previously worked at Lambert Smith Hampton where she was a divisional director working in the Midlands managing a team of professionals.
Since her time at Barwood Capital Danielle has been involved and led on a diverse range of property investments and developments including the acquisition of a 60,000 sq ft office on which she secured planning permission for 400 student or key worker accommodation units. She has particularly enjoyed working with various development managers including Goya and Panattoni delivering various regional logistic developments.
Most recently, she has managed the multi let industrial strategy at Barwood Capital investing in over £25m worth of property in a 6-month period with Caisson acting as asset managers. Her focus over the next 12 months will be to assist in the raise and execution of an income fund to invest in urban logistics and multi let industrial across the UK with a target fund raise of £100m.
Head of Development Delivery - Panattoni
Fergie Taylor is responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of the Panattoni development platform. Over the last 25 years, he has gained an enviable reputation in the market, with an unparalleled track record for the delivery of large-scale industrial buildings and infrastructure. Fergie has procured an extensive range of new-build logistics space for a variety of blue-chip customers.
Formerly Head of Construction and Project Management for ProLogis UK, Fergie was co-founder of First Industrial in 2009 which subsequently merged with Panattoni in 2017. He has been instrumental in establishing the Panattoni supply chain and project management team. Fergie is now recognised as one of the leading delivery directors in the market, with a keen interest in low carbon design.

Jeff is MD of Tungsten Properties (Carbide Properties Ltd), and is responsible for driving the company’s property development pipeline forward, managing the development team, and sourcing funding.
Prior to Tungsten, Jeff started his career at CB Hiller Parker in 1998, leaving the Business Space Agency & Development Team in 2001 to join his father’s development company at Grove Park - Leicester, thereafter founding Tungsten in 2005. Since incorporation, Tungsten has grown from a developer of small industrial units in the East Midlands, to a national developer with an industrial development pipeline of over 1m sq ft, spanning from West Yorkshire to Mid Sussex. The company has successfully completed schemes from 5,000 sq ft Screwfix pre-lets, to 260,000 sq ft distribution centres, although is now focussing on the mid-box sector.
In 2017 Tungsten won the IAS Award for the Best Multi-Let Industrial Estate for their trade park development at Brackmills, Northampton. Forward funded by M&G Real Estate, the 65,000 sq ft scheme included pre-lettings to Screwfix, Topps Tiles, Howdens, Costa Coffee, Greggs, and Subway.

EU Senior Real Estate Manager - Amazon
Chris is the EU Senior Real Estate Manager at Amazon, managing the EU property team for Amazon Logistics. He is a chartered surveyor with over 15 years of logistics experience.
Prior to Amazon, Chris worked at Segro and was involved in multi let and big box Real Estate markets. He also has had industrial agency experience working at King Sturge.
Chris has led developments in all the major cities across the EU specifically on “Last Mile” urban logistics including London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Rome, Milan, Munich Berlin and Hamburg.
